Appearance is a fundamental aspect of dance. It is a highly disciplined art form and on-stage dancers are always immaculately presented. The training for this begins in the classroom and greatly enhances performance in every lesson. The purpose of uniform is for the pupils of the school to ‘feel the part’ of a dancer, to establish pride in their personal appearance and set a standard for the school of which the children can fell proud. Details of our uniform can be found below with a link to a specific KBS uniform shop where you can order items online. The Ballet Boutique in Ham also stocks our uniform.

Dancers are required to have their hair securely fastened off their face at all times and it is imperative for long hair to be secured in a ballet bun.
